I’m back in Bali for a few weeks. When I first moved here in 2014, it was just on the cusp of becoming a mega tourist hotspot.
β
I remember one of my first deserted beach walks back then. I was just trying to figure it all out. I had only five clients teaching English online and a lot of drive to create FREEDOM for myself.
β
Now I get a lot of DMs on Instagram where people share what drives them to build a business or an additional revenue source.
β
And it’s always FREEDOM.
β
It’s a single mother or father trying to βbuyβ more FREE time with their kids.
β
It’s a 9-5 professional wanting the quiet and FREEDOM to travel the world while selling their services remotely.
β
It’s a business owner, whoβs been overworked, wanting to FREE themselves from their day-to-day operations.
β
Now the thing is, freedom doesnβt just happen.
β
You have to plan for it. You have to optimise for it.
β
You have to design it.
β
Iβve been obsessed with freedom for as long as I can remember.
β
Taking that first walk on the beach in Bali ten years ago, I knew that I had to build a business that would not only generate cash flow but create a freedom lifestyle.
β
This is, of course, how my multiple membership businesses were born:
I wanted my streams of income to be as passive as possible, which would free me up to both enjoy life and create products that love.
β
Having built multiple 7-figure recurring revenue streams, I then created the $10K Membership System, teaching others how they could do it for themselves and buy more freedom in their lives.
Now, a decade later, as I take another sunset walk on the now crowded beaches of Bali, I reflect on how much my businesses have grown. At the same time, I continue to strategise how to further optimise them for freedom.
β
But what Iβm curious about is:
β
What does achieving freedom mean to you?
What would your freedom life look like?
